Login Guide

Detailed instructions on how to log in to TG Downloader. It's simple - just enter your phone number and complete verification to get started. The new version no longer requires Telegram API configuration, making it even more convenient.

Enter Phone Number

  1. Open TG Downloader software
  2. Go to the "Configuration" tab
  3. Enter your phone number (must include country code, e.g., +1 for US)
  4. Save configuration
  5. Restart the software or click the "Re-login" button
⚠️ About Telegram API Application

If you need to apply for Telegram API credentials, please note:

  • Using VPN to apply for Telegram API may encounter persistent Error popups
  • If you encounter this issue, you can use the third-party application service provided by the program
  • The third-party application service is located in the software's "Help" menu
  • The third-party application service is a paid service that requires a fee
